What is an S2 Body Blast class?
S2 Body Blast class is an S2 style HIIT format specifically designed to be a total body functional training workout that incorporates compound muscle movement to optimize caloric expenditure. The class is a blend of cardio and resistance training intervals that target the entire body. To keep it interesting, we’re always changing it up by offering a variety of exercise movement to keep the workouts fun, safe and effective.
What is an S2 Circuit Blast class?
S2 Circuit Blast is a total body functional training workout. Various interval stations are set up utilizing portable fitness equipment such as dumbells, BOSU, TRX, gliders and tubing. This class will increase muscular strength, endurance and improve cardio, core and balance.
What if I have any injuries or limitations?
If anyone has any injuries or restrictions and require other options than what we offer during class…please let us know in advance and we’d be happy to provide them for you.
What are the benefits of S2 fitness classes?
S2 Body Blast workouts have many physical benefits such as strengthening cardiovascular health, endurance, boosting the metabolism and also improving balance, core, posture, and flexibility. Fitness classes can also enhance your mental health by reducing stress and boosting self-confidence.
I’ve never taken an S2 class or a personal or small group training session before. What can I expect?
You will need to fill out and sign a waiver form that will be emailed to you before your first visit. Make sure you arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortable within the studio. We will take you on a tour of the studio before your class or training session
Who can sign up for S2 fitness classes?
We welcome individuals of all fitness levels. Classes, personal fitness and small group training sessions are designed for anyone.
Can I do classes if I am pregnant?
At S2 we believe fitness should be attainable for everyone, including expectant mothers. We ask that all pregnant clients have permission by their physician before participating in any classes. S2 will offer modifications and explain the benefits of modification during pregnancy.
I haven’t any group fitness class experience. Can I sign up for an S2 fitness class?
Absolutely! No previous experience or fitness level is required!!! We teach basic total body movement and offer options throughout the class.
I’m just starting to incorporate exercise into my lifestyle. Are classes going to be too hard for me?
At S2 we welcome people of all fitness levels. The best thing about our S2 style fitness classes is that we believe fitness should be attainable for everyone. The class can be as easy or as hard as you want – we will give you options and challenges as needed that let you choose the intensity of your workout.
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, breathable workout gear that allows you to move freely. Due to safety and hygienic reasons ONLY INDOOR running shoes (that have not been worn outside) are permitted.
Do I need to bring anything?
At S2 we have you covered. All equipment is provided however we encourage you to bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Bottled water is also available for purchase.
What is your return policy?
ALL payments must be received prior to the start of class. We accept e-transfer and cash. ALL fitness sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
