Small Group Training

At S2 Fitness Studio, we encourage you to make fitness a shared experience! Working out with a friend or a small group gives you a support network to motivate and help you meet your fitness goals. S2 Fitness Studio’s small group training is great if you are training for an event, or just looking for a way to switch up your fitness routine with a friend. S2 Fitness Studio small group training offers more individual attention and specialization based on your needs. Susan will offer you workouts using equipment such as TRX, BOSU, our Gravity Training System and more to target specific muscle groups in various ways.
